I am Luciana Gasser, lawyer and entrepreneur. Founder and CEO of Cheers Smart Contracts, a company that aims to revolutionize and democratize contracts.

I started advising companies even before I became a lawyer. My first client was seven years from now, a foreign media company like Netflix. At first, I thought it was a joke (too good to be true), but after a careful review, it wasn't and I ended up at the presidential room advising them and structuring all their business (a company with three offices in Brazil, one in Germany, over two hundred employees and one million in revenue). This experience was amazing and triggered my career for sure.

I am totally committed to a high level of services for my clients. I see my clients' business as if I were one more player, one-and-one. I am committed to applying my legal experience to new and often unexplored scenarios, to find creative solutions to legal problems.
